My Staple Foods
What does "staple food" mean? Well.. for me, it is a variety of things I walk into the grocery store knowing I need to buy without any kind of grocery list. It's what gets me through the crazy days of preschool. What gives me the nutrients I need. What helps me fight off sickness. What holds me together.
I will list each item that I always have in stock and consume just about every day (or every other day) by category. Enjoy!
Oh, and I do have my days every now and then filled with white bread, cheese, pizza, and cake. :)
